CINEMA CUMPLEAÑOS/ PARTY ROOM FAQ’S - Any movie that is playing at the time of the birthday celebration.
- For one hour. Additional time can be reserved for an extra charge (this must be previously coordinated upon reservation).
- When you hand in the deposit at the Theater, the Manager will provide you with the invitations.
- We will provide the tablecloth, plates, utensils, cups, and napkins. Since this items are generic, should you desire a particular theme you can bring your own decorations and our coordinator will decorate the Party Room for you. (Please notify upon reservation, and note that we do not allow “piñatas”, confetti, or any material that has to be pasted to the wall).
- Since the party rooms vary in capacity, the room for your activity will be determined based upon the capacity reserved.
- About the food included in the packages:
- The “premium package” includes one slice of pizza (or one hot dog, depending on the package selected) and one 12 oz soda per kid. Additional pizzas and drinks can be purchased for the adults for an additional charge.
- The “basic package” does not include extra sodas in the Party Room, but you can purchase soda pitchers for $4.00 each.
- You can also bring cold appetizers for the Party Room celebration (please mention when making reservation).
- Neither hot appetizers nor any kind of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
- Both packages include one 32oz pop-corn and one 12oz soda per kid at the beginning of the movie.
- Since the birthday boy/girl counts toward the guaranteed minimum , he/she will pay the price of the package selected (either $14 or $17.50)). As part of both packages, the birthday boy/girl will receive a courtesy pass good for him/her and a guest for a future visit to any Caribbean Cinemas theater in Puerto Rico.
- The birthday boy/girl and guests (part of the package) must be 2-12 years old. Adults are not included in the package.
- If the client (booking the activity) chooses to pay for the adults/guests, they will be charged at the discount/”Senior” price if they will attend the same movie as the rest of the group. The concession items for the adults will be charged at full price. Please notify in advance if you are going to pay for the adult admissions and concession items.
- During regular operating hours, and according to Caribbean Cinemas showtimes. The time must be previously selected. Showtimes for new releases will be confirmed one week before the activity. Showtimes are subject to change depending on how many weeks the movie has been playing. The birthday parties start with the movie. Seats will be reserved according to the capacity agreed, and if the guests arrive at least half hour prior to the beginning of the movie.
Once the movie is finished, the guests will be escorted to the Party Room where a Caribbean Cinemas coordinator will be assisting the group. After the celebration is over, tokens will be distributed for use in the game room.
The Party Room will be available 15-20 minutes prior to the hour reserved. (This may vary during high season and depending on the amount of birthday reservations). Please note that adults will not be allowed to wait in the Party Room during the exhibition of the movie.
- At least half hour prior to the booked showtime (for new releases, an hour prior might be required; we would notify this upon making the reservation). Thus, you can have priority seating for the movie.
- A minimum $200.00 must be paid at least one week prior to the activity. The cash or check deposit should be delivered to the theater manager selected (NO REFUND). Final payments due the day of the birthday must also be in cash or check (No credit cards or ATM’s are accepted). Should the minimum amount of kids not be present as required by the package selected, the minimum guarantee will be invoiced (Premium Package - 15 kids; Basic Package - 18 kids). Plaza Las Americas, Guaynabo, Catalinas and Ponce Towne only accept Cash, ATM, VISA or MasterCard.
